This is a fun yet serious Sparkling red wine that is incredibly rich in colour, and smells just like dark chocolate with raisins, mixed with strawberry and violet aromas. When you taste it, the fruit flavours literally explode in your mouth giving you an awesomely rich, concentrated, pure fruit experience with a beautifully balanced finish. Yum!
Golden yellow in color with plenty of mousse and a delicate, lasting perlage. The intense aromas include hints of white peaches and apples and yeasty, toasty notes. The typical liveliness of the Brut is enhanced on the palate by ripe fruit aromas adding depth and balance. 90 Points (WE).
More bass than treble. Full-bodied and voluminous, this delivers subtle, complex shadings of whole-grain bread, coconut and candied fruit, finishing with a distinctive rhubarb preserve aftertaste. It's rich and balanced on the soft side. 91 Points (WS).
Exudes honey, with richness and a supple texture. Peach, biscuit and dried orange peel notes add complexity, and the wine glides to a long, lingering aftertaste of honey and brioche. "Highly Recommended" - 93 Points (WS).
